We provide hands-on experiences in film, content creation, storytelling, broadcasting, and production that help individuals build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and gain meaningful, real-world creative experience.
Many aspiring creatives and future professionals lack access to the mentorship, equipment, industry exposure, and support needed to fully explore their potential. We believe creativity, storytelling, and connection have the power to transform lives and open doors to opportunity.
Our foundation exists to create inclusive spaces where students and emerging creatives can learn, collaborate, develop practical media skills, and gain confidence through hands-on production experiences in a supportive, real-world environment.
Our Why
AMFF was founded to address the growing need of college students and emerging creatives pursuing careers in media production, business, communications, marketing, and interpersonal development in an immersive, real-world studio environment.
Over years of working directly with interns at AMP2 Media Productions, we recognized that many talented students faced barriers that limited their ability to pursue their creative passions and career goals. Economic challenges, limited access to professional equipment and editing software, and a lack of supportive creative environments often prevented students from fully exploring their potential.
We also saw the importance of creating a safe, inclusive space where individuals could feel accepted, supported, and encouraged to embrace their unique abilities, perspectives, and creativity without fear of judgment or labels
Our Founders
Dawn Graubert M.S.Ed.
Dawn Graubert is the Co-Founder and Director of the AMP Media Futures Foundation (AMFF),
a nonprofit organization established in 2024 to empower college students, including those with
disabilities and neurodivergence, through hands-on experiences in media production,
communications, marketing, broadcasting, and business development...
She is also the founder of New Dawn Media and co-founder of AMP2 Media Productions, the creative force behind The Brooklyn Cafe Show and more than 30 radio, podcast, and streaming platforms. Through her work, Dawn helps businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders amplify their message, strengthen community connections, and expand their impact through innovative media. A passionate advocate for education, mentorship, and personal growth, Dawn is dedicated to creating opportunities that build confidence, leadership skills, self-esteem, and career readiness for the next generation. Her mission is to inspire others to discover their strengths, pursue their purpose, and realize their full potential while fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and empowerment. Dawn’s professional background combines education, communications, media production, and wellness. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Broadcast Journalism from the University of Miami, a Master of Science in Education specializing in Early Childhood and Special Education, and is a certified health coach. Through AMFF, Dawn continues to champion student success, entrepreneurship, women’s empowerment, and community engagement by providing meaningful real-world experiences that prepare emerging professionals for future academic and career opportunities.
Freddy Santory

A media entrepreneur and businessman, Freddy is the founder of AMP2 TV and co-founder of AMP2 Media Productions, the company behind The Brooklyn Cafe Show and numerous radio, podcast, and streaming platforms. Born in the Bronx and raised in both New York and Puerto Rico, Freddy recognized early the power of combining traditional broadcasting with digital streaming to reach broader audiences. Freddy holds a degree in Business from New York University and has combined his business expertise with a passion for media innovation and entrepreneurship. Over the years, he has produced more than 4,000 live and recorded shows while mentoring aspiring broadcasters, content creators, and media professionals. Passionate about inspiring and challenging young people, Freddy encourages students to think creatively, solve problems, develop leadership skills, and discover their passion within media production and content creation. Through real-world experiences and mentorship, he helps students build confidence, adaptability, and the practical skills needed to thrive in today's evolving media landscape. Through AMFF, Freddy is dedicated to empowering the next generation of storytellers, innovators, and media professionals while fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and lifelong learning.
Giovanni Santory
Giovanni Santory is a Creative Director and Executive Producer in the media industry for over a decade, where he fuses artistic vision with technical precision to deliver high-impact media productions. As a Co-Founder of the AMP Media Futures Foundation, he is dedicated to developing the next generation of media professionals through mentorship, immersive learning, and real-world production opportunities...
At the heart of his work is a commitment to technical excellence, by maintaining rigorous standards in every project and consistently getting the most out of budgets and resources to achieve exceptional results without compromise. He leads teams with a collaborative, empowering approach that brings out individual strengths, encourages ownership, and creates efficient, high-performing workflows from concept to final delivery. Whether overseeing client productions or advancing the foundation’s mission, Gio turns ambitious ideas into polished, valuable media experiences that resonate with audiences and build lasting impact.
